All purchases made through the CLP website are subject to product availability. CLP may, in its sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on the CLP website, or limit the quantity of our products or services that may be sold to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction. The prices of CLP products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on the CLP website are quoted in United States dollars. CLP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse orders including, without limitation, those that appear to be placed by unauthorized distributors or resellers. If CLP believes that you have made a false or fraudulent order, CLP will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
Consumers may elect to use or interact with CLP products via an authorized third party "facilitator" including, without limitation, a camp or school program paid for by the consumer. Additionally, consumers may elect to use or interact with CLP products via an authorized third-party "sponsor" who has agreed to offer CLP material at no cost to their patrons. However, CLP does not authorize the resale, itemized upcharge, or direct monetization of any of their products or services by a third party, and may not be held responsible for fraudulent charges incurred by the consumer as a result of their transaction with an authorized or unauthorized "facilitator" or "sponsor."
CLP may provide information intended to connect consumers with local "facilitators" and "sponsors" on the CLP website. Although CLP endeavors to partner only with companies and groups that have high privacy standards, CLP is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any authorized or unauthorized affiliates or partners. Therefore, CLP suggests that the consumer examine the privacy statements of any company or group with which they intend to conduct business to learn how your information may be collected, used, shared, and disclosed.
Although CLP strives for consistency and customer satisfaction, CLP does not guarantee the accuracy of the color or design of the products offered on the CLP website. CLP has made efforts to ensure that the color and design of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on the CLP website. CLP reserves the right to change, without limitation and without notice, the type, size, color, or monetary value of any awarded prize(s). It is the responsibility of the consumer to verify, prior to purchase, which CLP products and/or services may result in an earned prize. It is also the responsibility of the consumer to verify, prior to purchase, the terms and rules by which a prize may be earned. By purchasing a product or service from the CLP website, the consumer acknowledges that they have reviewed the terms of use and understand that the purchase of a CLP product or service does not guarantee the receipt of a prize.

CLP does not warrant that the CLP website, its functioning, its products, or the content and material of its services will be timely, secure, uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the CLP website or the servers that host the CLP website are free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the CLP website and its products and services is at the sole risk of the consumer, and the consumer assumes full responsibility for any costs associated with their use of the CLP website or its products and services. CLP will not be liable for damages of any kind, personal injury, or death related to the use of the CLP website or its products and services.

By entering the CLP website and/or purchasing a product or service from CLP, the consumer (whether an individual, business, organization, or other entity) agrees not to redistribute or resell CLP material in any manner without express written consent. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, use of the CLP website, or use of CLP products or services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont.
