We’re rooted in Southern Vermont and love working with libraries, camps, and community programs near East Dorset, Danby, Manchester, and beyond. However, our packets can be implemented anywhere throughout the Northeast!

Celebrate LAND packets are a great way to supplement your existing curriculum. They emphasize experiential learning, observation skills, and reading comprehension— plus, our reward system keeps kids motivated and proud of their work!
Founder Scout Proft is also a huge believer in the magic of mail, which is why CLP packets and badges are sent via snail mail.

No, you do not have to order a packet for each child! Each packet will be stamped with a participant code that can be redeemed 1x, 2x, or 3x according to purchase.

Our current prizes are custom CLP keychains (“badges”) that boast an eye-catching, content-themed emblem.

We encourage participants to complete all 5 activities in a packet, but only 3 are required to earn a prize. Please attach 3-5 photographs to your submission form; one of each completed activity. Please complete only ONE (1) submission form per child.

Your submission will be reviewed by a local volunteer— often a senior citizen in your area who enjoys seeing children engage with nature!Receive a Badge in the Mail
Within a few weeks, your child will receive a physical badge as a reward for their efforts. It’s our way of celebrating their curiosity and connection to the natural world!

What is a facilitator?
We aim to partner with local camps, schools, and youth programs to offer a facilitated CLP experience. This is a good option for those who wish to participate in a group setting.
What is a sponsor?
CLP sponsors are small businesses/organizations who support our mission by offering packets to their local communities at no charge. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity!

Celebrate LAND Project was soft-launched in July 2024. We appreciate your patience as we work to forge relationships with local sponsors and facilitators.

While Celebrate LAND Project is not yet registered as a 501(c)(3) organization, we apply almost all of our profits toward the creation of new activities, and to the celebration of land within our community.
Our online store includes the option to “donate” a packet. Each “donated” packet will be delivered to a sponsor for distribution within their community.

The costs associated with researching and writing activities, printing, packaging, shipping, and manufacturing prizes are what drive the price of our packets.
Each CLP packet contains a book list and five exciting activities that invite children to celebrate their environment. Children have the opportunity to earn collectible prizes that are unique to each concept area (at no additional charge).
